Perused the records and heard learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is aggrieved by her non-selection to the post of Aaganwari Sevika, Centre No. 58 in the District of Sheikhpura. The grievance raised by her before the District Programme Officer has been considered and rejected vide order passed on 11.12.2014 at Annexure-4 and which order has been confirmed by the Collector, Sheikhpura in appeal at Annexure-5,

Patna High Court CWJC No.8734 of 2016 (2) dt.06-08-2018 when the appeal of the petitioner was rejected on 14.03.2016. Perusal of the orders would confirm that the petitioner was found to be overage as per the advertisement in question and hence not selected.

In that view of the matter and since the petitioner failed on age qualification, no cause for indulgence is made out. The writ petition is dismissed.
