Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The victim-daughter of the informant was married with co-accused Munna Chaudhary in the year 2006. There is allegation that the in-laws were demanding money to clear the bank loans in respect of vehicle purchased in the family and on non-fulfilment, she was done to death. Submission is that husband is already in custody. The allegation is general and omnibus and presumption of dowry death is not there against the petitioners nor there is any eyewitness of the occurrence.
