The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, 6 to 7 unknown accused persons looted the truck being driven by the informant and dispossessed him of various articles as described in the FIR. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the FIR was registered against 6 to 7 unknown persons. The petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case in course of investigation on the basis of confessional statement of Sunny Kumar and one Ranjit Kumar. No incriminating article has been recovered from the petitioner's possession who inspite of being in custody since 10.5.2021 has not been put on T.I Parade.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts of the case together with the petitioner not having been put on T.I. Parade inspite of being in custody for 10 months, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Griyak P.S. Case no. 155 of on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M-I, Nalanda at Biharsharif.
