2. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 216 of 2024 arising out of Laheriasarai P.S. Case No.216 of 2024 registered for the offences under Sections 363, 365/34, 364, 302, 201, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the deceased was cut into pieces and during scientific investigation, it has come that the petitioner has given supari for killing the deceased.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 09.11.2023.

5. From the records, it appears that the trial has not proceeded beyond the stage of framing of charge though the petitioner is in custody from one and a half years.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38210 of 2025(2) dt.25-07-2025 2/2 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Darbhanga/concerned Court below, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 216 of 2024 arising out of Laheriasarai P.S. Case No.487 of 2023, subject to the condition that the petitioner will co-operate in the trial by appearing on each and every date either through lawyer or by appearing personally.

8. This is subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his attendance at Laheriasarai Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station would result in the cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.

9. This is also subject to the condition that one of the bailor will be a close blood relative of the petitioner, who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the petitioner.
