JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 21-08-2018 The petitioner raises grievance for non payment of current salary as well as the salary for the months of May and July, 2013. The counter affidavit shows that some order of the District Magistrate has not been obeyed by the petitioner which is assigned as the reason for such action but it does not enclose any order which would deprive the petitioner of salary. In the circumstances discussed and while giving liberty to the petitioner to raise his grievance before the District Magistrate, Madhubani, who is said to be the appropriate authority to consider the grievance of petitioner, I would direct the District

Patna High Court CWJC No.1180 of 2016 (2) dt.21-08-2018 Magistrate, Madhubani, to consider the grievance so raised for payment of salary by the petitioner and dispose it of in accordance with law by a speaking order to be passed within three months from the date of filing of such representation.
