Patna High Court CR. APP (DB) No.453 of 2018(12) dt.16-06-2025 2/2 Station dated 19.10.2024, wherein it has been stated that Baijnath Sao (sole appellant of the second case i.e. Criminal Appeal (DB) No. 259 of 2018) has died on 02.11.2019 at ANMMCH, Gaya (Bihar), regarding which the Ward Paarsad of Ward No. 14, Dehri Dalmianagar, Nagar Parishad has issued a certificate dated 16.10.2024 regarding the death of Baijnath Sao on 02.11.2019 at about 03:30 p.m. at ANMMCH, Gaya. 2.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the appellant of the second case Baijnath Sao has died on 02.11.2019, the said appeal bearing Criminal Appeal (DB) No. 259 of 2018 stands abated. 3.

The records of the said appeal i.e. Criminal Appeal (DB) No. 259 of 2018 be de-tagged and consigned. 4.
