The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 307, 379 & other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, on 09.02.2021 at about 5:30 PM, while the informant and his wife were purchasing some articles in Majhaulia Bazar, petitioners attacked on them and tried to commit murder of informant. It is further alleged that petitioners snatched cash of Rs. 25,000/- from the pocket of informant and a golden chain from the neck of informant's wife. It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that both parties are co-villagers and present case is counter blast of Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 159 of 2021, which was lodged by

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49453 of 2021(2) dt.21-06-2022 2/2 petitioner no. 1 against informant and his son, in which, petitioner no. 1 sustained injury by knife and rod. So far as injury sustained by informant is concerned, they are found to be simple in nature by the doctor. Petitioners have got clean antecedent Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 77 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
