ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 20-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State as well as the learned counsel for the informant.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with C.A. No.2197 of 2013 for the offences registered under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner being the husband has extended bona fide offer that he is willing to keep his wife-complainant with full honour and dignity and there shall be no untoward incident in future. Considering the aforementioned bona fide offer made by the petitioner, let the above named petitioner, in the event of
