Jain College, Sasaram at Rohtas is directed to verify from opposite party no.1 whether he has deposited a sum of Rs.5,000/- with the High Court Legal Services Committee in terms of the order dated 13.02.2015. If he produces the receipt of the High Court showing such deposit, the matter will be allowed to rest or it is his duty to deduct a sum of Rs.5,000/- from the salary, which is payable to Ganga Singh (writ petitioner), and ensure that it is deposited with the High Court Legal Services Committee within a period of eight weeks.
