Petitioner is accused in connection with Rajapakar (Baranti O.P.) P. S. Case no. 161 of 2015 registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that she has got no criminal antecedent. There is no eye witness to the alleged occurrence and only on the basis of suspicion she has been made accused in the present case. There is no specific allegation against her. She is languishing in jail custody since 17.01.2017. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand ) with two
