This is the second attempt of the petitioner to seek bail in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 371 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code as earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 15.02.2022 in Cr. Misc. no. 53604 of 2021 with a liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the charge against the petitioner has been framed on 25.05.2022 as would be evident from Annexure-3 to the bail application. Considering the submissions made by the learned

No.41091 of 2022(2) dt.10-08-2022 2/2 counsel for the petitioner, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 371 of 2020.

Further, if the learned trial court comes to a conclusion that after his release the petitioner is trying to delay the trial in any manner, the learned trial court shall forthwith cancel his bail bonds after recording reasons. (Satyavrat Verma, J) Rishi/- U T
