ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 3/ 08-07-2015 This modification application has been filed for modification of the order dated 18.03.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.11269 of 2014 by which this Court has directed to pay a sum of `5,500/- instead of `750/- per month to the Opposite Party No.2.

While issuing notice to the Opposite Party No.2 on 13.05.2015, this Court has reduced the amount of `5,500/- to `2,000/- as interim measure.

Heard.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, amount of `5,500/- as imposed in order dated 18.03.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.11269 of 2014 is reduced to `2,000/- and the order dated 13.05.2015 in regard to quantum of `2,000/- is hereby confirmed. The order dated 18.03.2015 passed in Cr. Misc.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19514 of 2015 (3) dt.08-07-2015 2/2 No.11269 of 2014 is modified to the aforesaid extent. The application stands disposed off.

Let this order be communicated to the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City, Patna, in connection with Complaint Case No.713 of 2013.
