This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 395 and 364 of the Indian Penal Code.

Some criminals, on a Bolero vehicle, intercepted the truck of the informant, carrying paddy and robbed the same inasmuch as took the truck on the point of fire arm to the referred rice mill and unleaded the paddy there. When the police came, some persons started fleeing and some of them were apprehended, including the petitioner. Submission of the petitioner is that neither he is rice miller nor the vehicle is of the petitioner and the petitioner is in custody since 30.11.2016 after remand from some other case. In fact, the petitioner was

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13266 of 2017 (3) dt.02-05-2017 2/2 apprehended on suspicion.

Considering the aforesaid fact specially the only material of suspicion against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Dhangai P.S. Case No. 34 of 2016 to the satisfaction of Sri N.K. Srivastava, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bhojpur at Ara, or successor Court. (Birendra Kumar, J) SA/- U √ T √
