2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 780 of 2025 registered for offences under Section(s) 316(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3) & 340(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of embezzling Rs. 11,53,392.85 while managing the informant's petrol pump. It is alleged that he falsified account records by showing fake petrol deliveries to Maniari Police Station. Upon detection of the discrepancies, the petitioner allegedly deleted relevant computer data and removed records to conceal the embezzlement.

4. Considering the nature and the gravity of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in the present case.
5. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is hereby dismissed.
6. The petitioner is directed to surrender within four weeks from today and pray for regular bail, failing which the Senior Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur will take all steps for arrest of the petitioner.
7. It is, however, clarified that the observations made herein are limited to the adjudication of the present application and shall not prejudice the case of the petitioner at any subsequent stage of the proceedings.
8. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, Muzzafarpur through FAX or e-mail for immediate compliance.
