JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 25-06-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the State. This is an application seeking anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code in which, charge-sheet has been submitted under Section 306/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has drawn my attention to an order of this Court dated 05.02.2015, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4850 of 2015, by which, under similar situated circumstance, other co-accused persons, namely, Ganga Devi and Chandan Thakur @ Chandan Kumar Thakur, have been granted anticipatory bail.

No.19186 of 2015 (2) dt.25-06-2015 2/2 In view of the submission as above, let the petitioner, abovenamed, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Begusarai, in connection with Matihani P.S. Case No. 13 of 2014, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
