Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the facts of the present case are identical to the case of C.W.J.C. No. 6673 of 2016 (Ravi Kumar Jha Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.) that has been disposed of on 14.05.2018 where by this Court has directed to decide the issue that who will be the Manager of the Trust.

Patna High Court CWJC No.16121 of 2016 dt.24-09-2018 2 /2 In such view of the matter, the concerned authority is directed to decide the issue in terms of the order dated 14.05.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No.6673 of 2016 that who will be the Manager of the Trust.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
