JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 25-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 414, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that a stolen motorcycle was recovered from the possession of this petitioner and co-accused Rajeshwar Roy, who were apprehended at the spot. Rajeshwar Roy has already been allowed bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr.Misc.No.18027 of 2017.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11265 of 2017 (3) dt.25-04-2017 satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj/Successor Court, in connection with Gopalganj Nagar P.S. Case No.509 of 2016, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner in this case.
