JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-02-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, petitioner and his family members killed informant's daughter by burning her. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation of having illicit relation of the petitioner with a girl leading to quarrelsome relation with the deceased is false and in fact victim died of loose motion infected her soon after fasting of Chhth Puja and cold weather. Petitioner is in custody since 28.11.2020.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that there is direct and specific allegation of

Considering the nature of accusation against the petitioner, his prayer for bail is refused.
