The Petitioner seeks bail in Complaint Case No. C-01(7) of 2017(Excise Case No. 191/2016-17) instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016. It is alleged that four litres of illicit liquor has been recovered from the shop of the petitioner. The petitioner is said to be in custody since 06.01.2017.
It has been mentioned in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
In the facts and circumstances of the case,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8665 of 2017 (2) dt.09-03-2017 2/2 prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the Petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Udakishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Complaint Case No. C-01(7) of 2017(Excise Case No. 191/2016-17), subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
