JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 01-11-2018 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition on account of the assurance given by the Bank to the effect that if the petitioner approaches the Bank within a period of four weeks, the detailed calculation chart, showing the outstanding amount, would be given to the petitioner after granting waiver of 40 per cent of the interest portion.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be depositing the said amount within a period of eight weeks from today.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn on the aforesaid terms.
