Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chakai P.S. Case No.32 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a), 41, 30(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Jamui.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. 4.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seek regular bail,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40007 of 2023(2) dt.28-07-2023 2/2 the learned Court below shall pass the order, on the same day, in accordance with law, considering that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
