2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed a representation dated 13.05.2024 before the

Patna High Court CWJC No.10990 of 2024(2) dt.25-07-2024 2/2 respondent no.3, which has not been disposed of as yet.

3. In such view of the matter, I direct the petitioner to file a fresh presentation within four weeks before the respondent no.3 and respondent no.3 is directed to pass a reasoned and speaking order within eight weeks thereafter.

4. It is made clear that this Court may take serious view of the matter if this order is not complied within the stipulated period as aforesaid.

5. With the aforesaid direction, this writ application stands disposed of.
