The petitioners are in custody in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No.13 of 2017, a case under Sections 20(b)(ii)(c)/23(c)/25/27A/29 of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I-cum-Special Judge, N.D.P.S. Act, Begusarai.

Petitioners are drivers and cleaners of the truck from specially designed chambers whereof 2610 Kgs. of Ganja was recovered. The petitioners are in custody since June, 2017. Considering the nature of allegation against the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15560 of 2018 (5) dt.25-06-2018 P2/ petitioners, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail is refused. The learned trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
