This is the third attempt for grant of bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the main accused, against whom there was allegation for conspiring to eliminate the father of the informant, has already been granted bail. This fact was not brought earlier on record. This is the ground for renewal of prayer for grant of bail, whereas on perusal of the order, whereby on second occasion, the prayer for bail was rejected, it is evident that second time it was noticed on the basis of report of the court below that four prosecution witnesses had already been examined .
