The petitioner seeks bail in Special Case No. 609 of 2019 arising out of Palasi P.S. Case No. 133 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018.

It is alleged in the written report that 25.500 litres of foreign liquor has been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 6.5.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35628 of 2019(3) dt.19-07-2019 2/2 the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Araria, in connection with Special Case No. 609 of 2019 arising out of Palasi P.S.
