Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bajpatti P.S.Case No.389 of 2018 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 324, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution story is that the husband of the informant was coming to his house by motorcycle and on way the petitioner and others surrounded him and dragged him to the hosue of Sarpanch Bhup Narayan Mishra causing serious injury to him, he was referred for treatment at Sitamarhi. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the occurrence took place on 11.10.2018, however, the FIR has been lodged on 29.12.2018 and no specific allegation

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36153 of 2019(3) dt.14-08-2019 2/2 has been attributed against any of the petitioners and considering the same Co-ordinate Bench of this Court has granted bail to some of the accused persons vide order dated 25.4.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.27099 of 2019. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Pupri at Sitamarhi in connection with Bajpatti P.S.Case no.389/2018 dated 29.12.2018 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
