This application has been filed for quashing of the order dated 15.09.2022 passed by the Divisional Commissioner, Magadh Division, Gaya and also to quash the order dated 07.12.2021 passed by the District Magistrate, Gaya by which application of the petitioner for grant of Arms licence has been rejected.

3. There is no illegality in the impugned orders refusing Arms Licence. The authorities have come to a finding that the petitioner has not threat from anybody and learned counsel for the petitioner has not been able to show any material which will support grant of Arms licence to the petitioner who is a lady.

4. In these circumstances, this application is dismissed. However, dismissal of the application of the petitioner will not stop the petitioner for filing fresh application for grant of Arms Licence as and when there is threat perception.
