ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 16-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners are the family members who are apprehending their arrest in Complaint Case no.465c/13 for the offences under Sections 323, 498 (A), 379, 380, 504 of the I.P.C. and Section 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that these petitioners have nothing to do with the affairs of the said Anita Devi and her husband, namely, Suresh Mehta @ Pappu Kumar and have been separate in mess and all activities.

No.43639 of 2014 (2) dt.16-04-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid submissions and the facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within two weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Saharsa, in Complaint Case No.465c of 2013 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
