JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 26-11-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for refund of the security deposit money with interest, which was deposited by the petitioner at the time of grant of connection. Respondents have filed a counter affidavit wherein it has been stated that the petitioner is not producing the receipt of deposit of security money, hence, the Electricity Company is unable to refund the security deposit amount. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioner may approach the respondent no.3 for redressal of his grievances and in case, the petitioner is able to prove that the petitioner had deposited the

Patna High Court CWJC No.6268 of 2016(2) dt.26-11-2018 2/2 security money, the respondent no.3 shall adjudicate upon the dispute and make an endeavour to amicably settle the dispute pertaining to refund of the security deposit amount. The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
