Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a)(b)(c) Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Liquor was recovered from behind the house of the petitioner. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Submission is that the place of recovery is accessible by everyone.

Considering the facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where
