====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 10-02-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 27.08.2021 and has antecedents of fifteen cases and has been falsely implicated in the present case based on the confessional statement of co-accused. Learned counsel next submits that the petitioner, in the manner he has been implicated in the present case, similarly, he has been implicated in all the other cases, it is also submitted that similarly situated co-accused have been granted bail as would be evident from Annexure-2 series.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the bail application of the petitioner and submits that, in the event, if the
