In view of the short prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, I deem it fit and proper to dispose of the present writ petition with direction to the Insurance Regulatory
Patna High Court CWJC No.11757 of 2016(2) dt.03-12-2018 2/2 and Development Authority of India, Hyderabad to adjudicate upon the pending complaint of the petitioner within a period of ten weeks from today.
