Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 47(a), 47(c) and 47(e) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

The petitioner is in custody since 06.06.2016 with allegation that nine litres of Mahua liquor was recovered from his possession.

Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20281 of 2017 (2) dt.01-05-2017 2/2 Madhepura/successor Court in connection with Murliganj Police Station Case No. 157 of 2016 corresponding to G.R.
