The learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed and the accused of Complaint Case No. 377C of 2017, who is respondent no.5 herein, has already appeared before the learned trial court. The learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the present petition and, at the same time, seeks direction to the

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1310 of 2023(2) dt.20-11-2025 2/2 learned trial court for expeditious disposal of Complaint Case No. 377C of 2017 as the cognizance has been taken in the year 2018 itself and, thereafter, the matter has been kept pending as respondent no. 5 did not appear for so many years.

3. Permission is accorded.

4. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

5. The learned trial court is directed to take up the Complaint Case No. 377C of 2017 showing urgency and dispose of it at the earliest.
