ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 19-08-2023 Without going into the merits and demerits of the case having regard to the facts that the petitioner having alternate and efficacious remedy of filing a revision against the order of the Appellate Authority before the Divisional Commissioner, the present writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the petitioner to avail the statutory remedy of filing a revision against the appellate order within a period of four weeks from today.

On such a revision being filed, the same shall be disposed off in accordance with law.

It is needless to observe that before passing any order,

Patna High Court CWJC No.9453 of 2023(2) dt.19-08-2023 2/2 the Revisional Authority shall put the petitioner on notice and give him an opportunity of hearing and pass order accordingly. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from date of filing of the revision.
