2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
3 . It is alleged that 625 liters country made liquor was recovered from bush .
4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case . The name of petitioner transpired on the basis of disclosure made by choukidar. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of petitioner and he is no way connected with the alleged occurrence . Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent of similar nature .
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40641 of 2025(2) dt.14-07-2025 2/2 5 . Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the bail application .

Considering the facts of the case and circumstances of the case , this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive special Judge Excise Court - 2 Nawada in connection with Rajauli P. S. Case No. 178 of 2025 , subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 ( 2 ) of BNSS 2023 .
