Petitioner is in custody in connection with Basopatti P.S. Case No. 19 of 2018 for the offence under sections 452, 341, 323, 324, 307, 427, 604, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is case and counter case in connection with land dispute in which both sides have sustained injury. Learned counsel submits that other sides have been granted bail by the court below. Referring to para-3 he submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
