Case No.551 of 2011 for the offence punishable under Sections406/34 of I.P.C. A.B.P. No.10 of 2012 filed for grant of anticipatory bail in the court of A.D.J., Lakhisarai was dismissed through order dated 21.1.2012. Hence, this application for grant of anticipatory bail under Section438 of Cr.P.C. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

On 2.3.2012, this Court called for the carbon copy of the case diary of Lakhisarai P.S. Case No.551 of 2011. It was also directed that in the meanwhile no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioners.

It is directed that in the event of arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing the bail-bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each along with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai P.S.
