NATH ORAL JUDGMENT 30-09-2015 The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the direction as contained in the order dated 03.09.2014 has been complied and the District Magistrate, Patna has passed the order on 21.07.2015. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner has further submitted that the said order is not in accordance with law and the principles established so far and the entitlement of the petitioner to the dues has not been paid. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the learned counsel has prayed that a liberty be granted to the petitioner to pursue the remedy for redressal of his grievances against the aforesaid order passed by the District Magistrate, Patna.

After considering the submissions, this
