JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 30-05-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bishambharpur P.S. Case No. 21 of 2019 for the offence under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in keeping stolen motorcycle.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 29.03.2019. He further submits that the motorcycle was not recovered from the possession of the petitioner and he has no concern with the stolen motorcycle.
