2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kundwachainpur P.S. Case No. 64 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 308, 379, 504, 506, 188, 269, 270, 271 of the Indian Penal Code, 3 of Epidemic Disease Act and 51 of D.M. Act.

3. As per allegation, the accused persons, named in the FIR, including the petitioners assaulted the informant's son with iron rods. When the informant's wife and grandson intervened, they were also assaulted. It is further alleged that coaccused Bigan Mahato snatched a gold chain from the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45476 of 2025(5) dt.11-02-2026 2/2 informant's wife and abetted the act of setting the informant's house on fire.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. The injuries are simple in nature. Both the parties have compromised the case.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-I Class, Sikarahana at Dhaka, East Champaran in connection with Kundwachainpur P.S. Case No. 64 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
