Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 18.6.2020 and there is no progress in the trial.

Considering the period of incarceration of the petitioner and no headway in the trial, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate I Sitamarhi
