The petitioner seeks bail in Muffasil P.S. Case No. 196/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a), 38(i) and 48(i) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Five cartons, each containing 12 bottles and each bottle containing 750ml, foreign liquor were recovered from the house of the petitioner for that the petitioner is in jail since 28.12.2016. He has already remained in jail for more than two months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,
