Yadaw, learned GP-23 appearing on behalf of the State.

2. The two petitioners, who are working as peon in D.G.M. Madhya Vidyalay Dumariya Manjhagarh, Gopalganj and Darshan Prasad Unch Vidyalay Madhopur, Gopalganj respectively, have filed writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to promote them in the post of clerk.

3. The State has not yet filed a counter affidavit.

4. Under the circumstances, learned advocate for the petitioners submits that this writ petition may be disposed off with a liberty to the petitioners to file a representation before the respondent No. 4 / the District Education Officer, Gopalganj for the consideration of the same.

5. Learned State counsel has no objection to the prayer made by the learned advocate for the petitioners.

6. In view of the above, this writ petition is hereby disposed off with a liberty granted to the petitioners to file a representation before the respondent No.4 / the District Education Officer, Gopalganj for promotion to the post of clerk. As and when such a representation is filed by the petitioners, the respondent No. 4 / the District Education Officer, Gopalganj shall consider the representation filed by the petitioners in accordance with law and pass a reasoned and speaking order expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
