In view of the limited prayer made by the writ petitioner, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent no.4 regarding his claim and in case the petitioner approaches the respondent no.4 within a period of four weeks from today by filing an appropriate representation, the respondent no.4 shall consider the claim of the petitioner herein and pay the admissible outstanding dues.
