The petitioner seeks bail in Bagaha P.S. Case No. 413 of 2016 registered under Section 30A of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

27 liters of country made liquor is alleged to have recovered from the hut of the petitioner. For that the petitioner is in jail since 19.12.2016. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about four months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief
