This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 370, 374 and 177/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 79 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2000.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he was carrying the children for labour purposes.

Submission of the petitioner is that he is in custody since 17.12.2016 and the children were going to meet their relations and not for labour purpose. The petitioner has sated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12921 of 2017 (3) dt.01-05-2017 2/2 above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Rail Darbhanga/Sitamarhi G.R.P. P.S. Case No. 109 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate (R), Samastipur, or successor Court.
