The petitioners are languishing in custody since 21.04.2016 in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No. 381 of 2015, G. R. No. 2899 of 2015 for the offences instituted under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the IPC.
The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant for non-fulfilment of dowry demand by the accused persons. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners are in custody since 21.04.2016 and the charge sheet has been submitted in the present case. There is no allegation of tampering of the witnesses alleged against the petitioners. They
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25799 of 2016 (3) dt.16-08-2016 2/2 have got no criminal antecedent. The petitioners are the father-inlaw and mother-in-law of the deceased. They are separate in mess and property from the husband of the deceased. The main allegation is against the husband of the deceased. On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., West Muzaffarpur, in connection with Saraiya P.S.
