Petitioner is accused in connection with Mahila P.S. (Bhabua) P.S. Case No. 53 of 2015 (GR. Case No. 2250 of 2015) registered under Sections 498A, 34 of the I.P.C. and 3⁄4 D.P. Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to ulterior motive by the informant. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 06.12.2016.

Considering the period of custody of the petitioner and the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
