2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 25 (1-b) a , 26 & 35 of Arms Act.
3. Allegation against this petitioner is of selling of pistol which was was recovered on search by the police from the house of co-accused Shatrughan Kumar @ Mantu on 10 . 04.2023.
4. It is submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case false and concocted case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. There is no material on record to support the allegtion . Petitioner is a student and he has no
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40242 of 2023(3) dt.08-08-2023 2/2 concern with the alleged pistol. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J M First Class Patna in connection with Beur P.S. case no 277 of 2023 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
